Al DeGuzman (19) was arrested in San Jose after a photo lab clerk reported pictures of him in front of an arsenal of weapons. A 158-page diary was found labeled “Plan X2” for a Jan 30 attack at De Anza College in Cupertino. DeGuzman was found guilty in 2002 of 108 felony accounts. He was sentenced to 7 years in prison.
