Kansas police arrested Dennis Rader, a 59-year-old city worker at his suburban home in Park City. They believe he is the notorious BTK (bind, torture, kill) serial killer who terrorized Wichita throughout the 1970s. He resurfaced about a year ago after 25 years of silence. He later pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 10 life prison terms.
